Our Vernon ABLE classes are offered during both morning and evening hours in conjunction with the Vernon Even Start program at the Vernon Community Learning Center. This class is perfect for the student requiring Adult Education in conjunction with pre-school daycare.

Daytime classes are taught by our experienced ABLE instructor, Annette Proehl, who has been teaching Adult Education for the past 2 years.

The evening instructor, Mike Flaig, has been teaching Adult Education for over 4 years. His Aide, Connie Doerr, has been with Scioto County ABLE for over 2 years.
